Privacy policy

Template — review with counsel. This policy describes our current practice honestly, but it has not yet been reviewed by a Philippine data-privacy lawyer.

Who we are

StayEasy is a hotel booking and front-desk platform built and operated by AVCAI — Avaricio Cloud and AI Solutions, based in Manila, Philippines. This policy covers stayeasy.ph, app.stayeasy.ph, and the demo environments linked from them.

Hotels that license StayEasy operate their own guest-facing sites on the platform. For their guests’ reservation data, the hotel is the personal information controller and we process that data on the hotel’s behalf.

What we collect

Demo inquiries. When you request a private demo we store the property name, a room-count range, and the email address you give us — nothing else.

Reservations. When a guest books a stay at a licensed hotel we process the details needed to run that reservation: name, contact details, stay dates, party size, requests, and payment status.

Staff accounts. Hotel staff sign in with an email address and role; staff actions inside the workspace are written to an audit log so hotels can account for changes to reservations and payments.

How we use it

We use demo-inquiry details only to reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for. We use reservation data only to operate the stay — availability, confirmation, check-in, and settlement. We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use your data to market other products.

Card and wallet payments are handled by PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Where it lives and how long

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with per-hotel isolation, so one property’s records are never visible to another. We keep demo inquiries until the conversation concludes, and reservation records for as long as the hotel needs them for its own guest and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or obtain a copy in a portable form. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
