Terms of use

Last updated 2 July 2026

Template — review with counsel. These terms state our working arrangement plainly, but they have not yet been reviewed by a Philippine commercial lawyer.

The service

StayEasy is a booking and front-desk platform for independent hotels and resorts, built and operated by AVCAI — Avaricio Cloud and AI Solutions, Manila, Philippines. These terms cover stayeasy.ph, app.stayeasy.ph, and the demo environments linked from them.

Licensing

Hotels use StayEasy under a license — perpetual or term — plus a monthly support retainer, set out in a signed agreement per property. The license agreement, not this page, governs a licensed hotel’s commercial relationship with AVCAI. You own your guest relationships and your data; a small “Powered by StayEasy” mark remains on guest-facing surfaces.

Live demos

The demo property, its rooms, rates, guests, and reservations are fictional. Nothing you do in a demo creates a real booking, charge, or obligation — explore freely, and expect demo data to be reset without notice.

Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and honestly: no attempts to breach another tenant’s data, probe or overload the service, or misrepresent a property you do not operate. We may suspend access that puts other hotels’ guests or data at risk.

Payments

Guest payments and platform billing run through PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment processor, under its own terms. Reservations paid by card confirm only once the payment is verified.

What we promise — and don't

We work to keep the platform available, accurate, and secure, and we say so honestly when something breaks. The service is otherwise provided as is: to the extent Philippine law allows, AVCAI’s liability for any claim is limited to the fees the affected hotel paid in the preceding twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are settled in the proper courts of Metro Manila, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly.
